One-On-One Personal Training
Personal Training is an excellent option for someone who prefers 1:1 coaching as their primary form of training. Our staff will help you achieve your goals whether you want to reduce body fat, increase muscle mass or improve your general health and fitness. Our personalized programs are designed to optimize your desired results and performance by focusing on functional movements, strength training, aerobic conditioning and flexibility training. Our nationally certified trainers strive to balance challenge, enjoyment and results for every

Strength and Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning
The most comprehensive strength and conditioning training in Fairfield County, including close supervision in PROPER weight training technique, movement training, injury prevention, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility and explosive power development. Our goal is to create a stronger more confident athlete. Each athlete will gain a solid sense of body awareness and proper balance between power and flexibility; reducing their risk of injury on and off the field. Off-season and in-season program design is provided to all of our athletes to ensure proper periodization and optimal performance.

Reconditioning
Reconditioning/ Post-Rehab Training
Our training bridges the gap between conventional physical therapy and the return to competitive play and function. Collaborating with our on site Board Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, workouts are designed around each person’s unique needs to ensure a safe and speedy recovery. Our staff is dedicated to helping clients and athletes get back on track after injury so they may return to optimal performance levels.

Our small group format is utilized so that two to four people can train together in pursuit of specific goals. While each person within the small group performs a similar workout, complexity of the movements and resistance is individualized, thus providing the benefits of personal training with the companionship and motivation of a group activity.

Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation
A comprehensive fitness evaluation is the key to developing a training routine that is customized to reach specific fitness goals. Once a baseline fitness level is determined, periodic evaluations are performed to keep you on track and assure your health and fitness goals are reached. This is a complimentary service to all current members. The Fitness Evaluation assesses an individual’s current level of fitness and assists in developing personalized exercise programs based on the following components:
