Growing up I was always a multi-sport athlete participating in ice hockey, baseball, and
lacrosse. I was fortunate enough to continue playing ice hockey through college where I attended
Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) for two years and was awarded Second Team All-
American my sophomore year. I then went on to continue my education and hockey career at the
University of Maryland Baltimore County where I helped my team reach two national tournaments.
Playing a college I dealt with many injuries that could have hindered my participation in the sport. This
caused me to find my passion for strength training and the rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries. I believe
that in order to live a healthy life style and prevent injuries from occurring you must dedicate your time
to strength training and I enjoy being someone that can help others achieve that goal.

Jayne Luccarelli, owner of Westchester Bodyworks Massage Therapy PLLC, graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. Prior to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, she supervised a recreation department for children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. During the years of working with a mobility-limited population, she became fascinated with the human body and decided to study Massage Therapy.
After graduating from Finger Lakes School of Massage, she became licensed and began working in a chiropractor’s office, an upscale spa, and then partnering with private gyms. Jayne has experience with clients of all body types, ages and abilities. She specializes in Deep Tissue and performs many other modalities such as Swedish, Sports massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology and Pre-natal.
Massage has endless benefits such as, improving ROM, relaxes overused muscles, reduces spasms and increases circulation. Massage is tremendously beneficial after a workout, relaxing the muscles and tendons facilitating the speed of muscle recovery, increasing flexibility and range of motion allowing your body to release the tension caused by physical and mental stress.
Jayne is very passionate about bodywork and the wonderful effects it has on our bodies, and looks forward to designing a personal and customized session to benefit your needs!
